Exploring the Heart of Missions

Beyond Your Borders

Featuring: The Missionaries of Go To Nations and GloDev
Image module

Our goal with Beyond Your Borders is to create an accessible passport into creative global missions, capturing transformational experiences that will inspire, educate and mobilize people to the mission field.

Traveling in the footsteps of Go To Nations and GloDev missionaries, viewers will experience real life-changing stories that few have ever seen.

The groundwork for developing these stories has already begun, including years of research and development of missionary teams and projects in places like Honduras, East and West Africa, India, Thailand and the Philippines – real people sacrificing their lives, bringing physical help and spiritual light to the hurting.

Building a Mission

is an introductory study of missions – a few of its pioneers, today’s landscape, and what it looks like to build creative missions movements. We will discover how the heart of outreach can begin in our own neighborhoods and expand through exciting short-term missions, introducing new cultures and the challenges many struggling communities face.

Building a Missionary

will illustrate just what it takes to become a missionary during three key stages: an introductory missionary boot camp, a challenging ten-week internship in another country, and arriving as an apprentice learning from established teams in some of the most challenging places in the world.

Building a Movement

will show how some have taken these concepts and are powerfully building a difference with their own missionary projects, here at home and around the world. We will explore what happens when individuals and organizations rise up united, shaping powerful movements that bring physical help and spiritual transformation to hurting communities.

The end result will be a collection of inspirational stories few have ever seen; a powerful inspirational and educational resource as a life-changing catalyst to help ignite hearts and inspire movements of compassion.
